What Is Inulin
Inulin is obtained from chicory root by spray drying after removing protein and minerals. Inulin is a functional fructan and the most soluble dietary fiber.
As a purely natural functional ingredient, it is approved as a nutritional supplement in more than 40 countries in the world. It is widely used in dairy drinks, low-fat and low-calorie foods, baked goods and healthy foods.
