what is shiitake mushroom extract good for?
1. Extraction process

Core extraction technology: Hot water extraction method: 80-95℃ high temperature water bath extraction for 2-3 hours, suitable for industrial large-scale production, with a polysaccharide yield of about 6-8%.
Ultrasonic assisted extraction: Use ultrasonic cavitation effect to destroy cell walls, shorten the extraction time to 30 minutes, and increase the release rate of active ingredients.
Enzymatic hydrolysis: Composite cellulase and pectinase work synergistically, react at 50℃ and pH 4.5 for 1 hour, and can retain heat-sensitive components (such as vitamin D2).
Refining process: After centrifugation to remove the residue, use ultrafiltration membrane (molecular weight cutoff value 5kDa) to separate impurities, vacuum concentrate to a solid content of 40%-60%, and finally sterilize at high temperature (121℃/15 seconds) to ensure microbial safety.
