Galactooligosaccharides Powder (GOS), are functional oligosaccharides with natural properties. Their molecular structure is usually 1-7 galactose groups attached to a galactose or glucose molecule, i.e. Gal-(Gal)n-Glc/Gal (n is 0-6).
