Freeze Dried Lemon Juice Powder

100% Pure Freeze-dried lemon powder is a powdered food raw material made from fresh lemons through vacuum freeze-drying technology. Select fresh lemons of moderate maturity, wash them thoroughly, peel them (or keep the skin), remove the seeds, and cut them into thin slices or blocks to reduce impurities. Quickly freeze the lemon blocks/slices in a low temperature environment of -40℃ to -60℃ to form uniform ice crystals to avoid damage to the cell structure. Under vacuum conditions, the ice crystals are directly sublimated into water vapor and discharged by slowly heating, retaining the original nutrition and structure of the lemon. The dried lemon blocks have a crisp texture.
