Industrial production begins with brushing and ozone-washed green lemons.The finished product is bright yellow, thin, and not sticky, with a vitamin C content of ≥75% at 24 months. The removal of water and pectin makes it more stable during transportation, storage, and printing. This solves the problems of fresh lemons, such as perishability, difficulty in sampling acidity, and seasonal fluctuations in juice production, making it a new favorite in the beverage, bakery, cosmetics, and alcohol industries.

Practical uses of lemon juice powder

Drinks: instant lemon tea, electrolyte supplements and sparkling hydrochloric acid. The addition of 0.8% brings the pH to 3.2, resulting in a flavor similar to that of freshly squeezed lemon juice, without the need for a cold chain.
