The aqueous solution of stilbene glycosides is unstable at high temperature (80℃), and its content has a negative relationship with temperature. Stilbene glycosides are very unstable in acidic solutions. In 4% sulfuric acid solution, the content decreased to 31.67% after 12 hours at room temperature, and no stilbene glycosides could be detected after 4 hours at 80°C. The degradation product is stilbene aglycone, which is further degraded into phenolic compounds. Stilbene glycosides have strong radiation stability. Under dry conditions, there is no significant difference in its content after 60Co-γ ray irradiation.
